Dr. Michael Burnett, C. Psychol, AFBPsS

Michael is a Practitioner Psychologist specialising in how to improve the user experience in talent management.

Michael has worked in the private (Banking, Management Consulting, Retail, IT & Digital Communications), public (HMRC, Defence, Education, Justice, International Trade, Home Office) and not-for-profit sectors (Careers Guidance).

He has over 30 years of experience, is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and holds a BA Hons. (First Class) in Psychology from the Queens University of Belfast and a Phd. from the University of Surrey.

He is qualified in the use of several established psychometric instruments and has designed immersive work simulations, customised assessment centres, situational judgement tests and 360 competency-based assessment systems.

Michael is registered with the BPS as a Test User, Occupational, Ability and Personality.
